Md. Fozle Rabbi Afsar is an entrepreneur, researcher, and Counsellor . He studied Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, Jagannath University, and also studied Psychology at the International Open University. He is one of the pioneers who introduced the concept of a research society in universities as an extracurricular activity to promote research and higher studies abroad. He is the founder and president of the Youth Society for Research and Action (YSRA), the country’s first non-profit, registered, youth-based research organization that promotes research and higher studies abroad.

He is the author of the best-selling IELTS exam preparation book series in Bangla, “শূন্য থেকে IELTS প্রস্তুতি”, which aims to make IELTS preparation easy and affordable for everyone in Bangladesh. Thousands of students have taken his mentorship for their personal life and academic and study abroad success.

He also works for Human Aid International as a Research Secretary. To empower every citizen of his country, he started a new startup named BDian, with the tagline ‘Learn & Share’.
